This creamy, dreamy cheese ball is a perfect blend of savory and sweet, making it the ultimate party snack! Get ready to impress your guests with each flavorful bite. 🎉

Ingredients

– 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1/4 tsp onion powder
– 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
– 1/4 cup chopped pecans
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
– For Coating:
– 1/2 cup additional chopped pecans
– 1/4 cup additional chopped dried cranberries

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Use a spatula or electric mixer to blend until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
2. Add in the chopped dried cranberries, chopped pecans, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure that all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands. Once formed, wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap to help it maintain its shape. Place it in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour, allowing it to firm up.
4. While the cheese ball is chilling, prepare the coating. In a small bowl, mix together the additional chopped pecans and cranberries.
5. After the cheese ball has chilled, remove it from the refrigerator and unwrap it from the plastic wrap. Roll the cheese ball in the pecan-cranberry mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even coating all around.
6. Serve the cheese ball immediately with an assortment of your favorite crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies. If you prefer, you can refrigerate it until you are ready to present it.
