Ingredients

– 6 ounces green olives with pimento (drained, save the brine)
– 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese (softened)
– ½ cup mayonnaise
– ½ – 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 3 tablespoons olive brine (optional)

Instructions

1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients to create a smooth and delicious dip.
2. In a food processor, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Pulse until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
3. Next, add the onion powder and garlic powder, seasoning to your taste. Blend again until incorporated. Remember, you can adjust the garlic powder for more or less intensity according to your preference.
4. Now, add the drained green olives to the processor. Blend until the olives are finely chopped and everything is well mixed. The textures should be creamy with little chunks of olives throughout.
5. If you prefer a thinner consistency, start by adding one tablespoon of olive brine. Blend again and assess the texture. Continue to add more brine, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
6. Once done, taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with crackers, fresh veggies, or bread!
